Returns
We welcome returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, please ensure that:

Once approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps. Please note that return shipping costs are typically covered by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Non-returnable items include:
- Customized or personalized items (like custom stickers with your designs).
- Sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll promptly notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within a few business days. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to provide a full refund or exchange, and we’ll cover the return shipping costs. Including photos of the damaged or incorrect item will help speed up the process.
Exchanges
While we don’t offer direct exchanges at this time, if you’d like a different item, you can easily return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you prefer.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
